Quick Step-by-Step Guide:

1. EXCHANGE (SIZE, COLOR, MODEL)
You can exchange an item within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unworn and in resalable condition.
- Availability: Check our website for the product you want and contact us at info@nuffrespekt.com to reserve it.
- Shipping Fees: For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways (depending on the weight of the parcel).
- IMPORTANT (Packaging): Items prone to deformation (e.g., snap-back caps with a structured front) MUST be returned in a rigid cardboard box, not an envelope.
2. RETURNS (RIGHT TO CANCEL)
You have 14 calendar days to cancel your purchase without giving a reason.
- Condition: Items must be unworn and returned with all original tags attached.
- Refunds: We refund the product price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery available at the time of purchase.
- IMPORTANT (Packaging): Items prone to deformation (e.g., snap-back caps with a structured front) MUST be returned in a rigid cardboard box, not an envelope. If the product is damaged due to poor packaging, the refund may be reduced (in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive).
3. FAULTY ITEMS / COMPLAINTS
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately via email.
- Procedure: Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving the item. According to EU law, we first offer repair or replacement.
- Shipping: We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
