Return policy

1. Exchanges

• You can exchange an item within 14 days from the day you receive your order, if it is unworn and in resalable condition.
• Check the availability of the product you want and contact us: info@nuffrespekt.com
• Send the item to: Nuff Respekt, ul. Warszawska 3/1, 42-202 Czestochowa, Poland.
• Exchanges shipping charges - depend of weight.
• Packaging: items prone to deformation (e.g. snap-back caps with a structured front) must be returned in a rigid cardboard box, not in an envelope. 

2. Returns (Right to Cancel)

• You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason.
• Items must be unworn and, if possible, returned with all original tags/labels.
• Send returns to: Nuff Respekt, ul. Warszawska 3/1, 42-202 Czestochowa, Poland.
• Packaging: items prone to deformation (e.g. snap-back caps with a structured front) must be returned in a rigid cardboard box, not in an envelope. If the product arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the refund may be reduced (in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive).

3. Faulty Items / Complaints

• Please check your items carefully after delivery. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, email us at info@nuffrespekt.com stating your order number and a description of the issue.
• Complaints are processed according to EU consumer law within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• For items damaged in transit, report the issue as soon as possible and keep the packaging.
• We do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.
• Packaging: items prone to deformation (e.g. snap-back caps with a structured front) must be returned in a rigid cardboard box, not in an envelope. If the product arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the refund may be reduced (in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive).
