1. Exchange Information (Concise Version)

You can exchange an item within 14 days from the day you receive your order, if it is unworn and in resalable condition.

In Your Package: Please include an exchange form/note, and make sure to add your own phone number and e-mail address for us to contact you easily.
Packaging: Items prone to deformation (e.g. snap-back caps with a structured front) must be returned in a rigid cardboard box, not in an envelope.
Shipping Fees: Exchanges shipping charges – depend on weight

2. Returns (Right to Cancel)

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason.
Items must be unworn and, if possible, returned with all original tags/labels.

Packaging: items prone to deformation (e.g. snap-back caps with a structured front) must be returned in a rigid cardboard box, not in an envelope. If the product arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the refund may be reduced (in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive).

3. Faulty Items / Complaints

Please check your items carefully after delivery. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, email us at info@nuffrespekt.com stating your order number and a description of the issue.
Complaints are processed according to EU consumer law within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
For items damaged in transit, report the issue as soon as possible and keep the packaging.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.
