1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the Nuff Respekt online store.

1.5. Using the Store requires providing correct personal data. The Customer is obliged to use the website in a manner consistent with the law and good customs.
2. ORDER FULFILLMENT
2.1. Orders are placed using the interactive form on the website.

2.2. A sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.

2.3. Orders are fulfilled within Poland, the European Union, and the rest of the world (excluding markets with logistical restrictions, e.g., UK).

2.4. Registration in the Store is free and voluntary.

3. PRICES (RETAIL AND WHOLESALE)
3.1. Retail Prices: Provided in Polish Zloty (PLN) or Euro (EUR). These are gross prices (including VAT) and do not include delivery costs. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Customer may be charged additional local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3.2. Wholesale Prices: Visible after logging into a "wholesale" (hurt) account. These are net prices. The final price and delivery cost are confirmed via proforma invoice after verifying stock availability.

3.3. The price displayed at the time of placing the order is binding for both parties.

4. DELIVERY
4.1. The Store makes every effort to ensure that orders are shipped within 24 business hours from:

placing the order (Cash on Delivery),
clearing your payment on our account (Pre-payment).

If the parcel is returned to the Store because of an incorrect address provided by the Customer, or because it was not collected by the Customer within the designated time, the Customer will be charged for the cost of the return shipment and any subsequent re-delivery.

4.2. Please remember that business hours are from Monday to Friday. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the first business day following the break.

4.3. If for some reason an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You can then decide to wait longer or cancel the purchase (we refund the payment immediately).

4.4. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier. Details are available on the page: "Shipping costs and delivery time".

4.5. A proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice upon request) is attached to every order.

4.6. If the Store is unable to ship to the recipient's country, it will immediately inform the Customer and refund the paid funds.
5. PAYMENT
5.1. Available methods: Przelewy24 (GPAY, cards, BLIK), PayPal, traditional bank transfer, Cash on Delivery, and cash upon personal pickup in Częstochowa (Poland).

5.2. In the case of pre-payment, the Customer is obliged to pay within 7 days of concluding the contract. After this period, the order may be cancelled.

6. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (RETURNS)
6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

6.2. The Store refunds the payment for the product and the cost of the cheapest offered delivery. If the Customer chose a more expensive option, the difference is not refundable.

6.3. Free Delivery and Partial Return: (Applies to orders within Poland). If, after a partial return, the value of the order falls below the free delivery threshold, the refund will be reduced by the cost of the original shipping (10 PLN).

6.4. The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product (e.g., signs of use, missing tags, washing).

6.5. The right of return does not apply to goods produced according to the customer's specifications (e.g., custom prints).

7. LIABILITY FOR NON-CONFORMITY OF GOODS (COMPLAINTS)
7.1. The Store is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.

7.2. Consumer Rights: In the first instance, the Customer may request repair or replacement of the goods.

7.3. A price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (refund) is only possible in cases specified in the Consumer Rights Act (e.g., when repair is impossible).

7.4. Complaints can be submitted in any form (recommended e-mail: info@nuffrespekt.com). The Store will process it within 14 days.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
8.1. The data controller is Nuff Respekt Łukasz Jarosiński.

8.2. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of order fulfillment, complaint handling, and tax purposes.

8.3. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data. Details are defined in the Privacy Policy.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The Store strives for amicable dispute resolution. The applicable law is Polish law.

9.2. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods (ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

9.3. All trademarks and company names on the website belong to their legal owners and are used for informational purposes.
